I'm interested in therapy. How do I get started?
Wonderful! Please go to the CONNECT page and fill out the form near the bottom of the page. I will contact you within 24-48 hours. You can also request an appointment by clicking here, and schedule a free 15 minute consultation. During the consultation, I'll find out more about your need for therapy and how I can best support you. You'll also have the opportunity ask me any questions you might have about me as a therapist and my practice.
How much do you charge per session?
My fee is $150 per 50 minute session. If financial circumstances are an obstacle, I do offer a limited number of sliding scale slots. Contact me for more information.
Do you accept insurance?
I am an Out-of-Network provider. Depending on your policy, you may be able to apply for reimbursement for a portion of your expenses. Please ask your insurance provider regarding policy details. I can provide you with a super-bill to submit to your insurance provider if you choose to apply for reimbursement. I do not deal with insurance companies directly or fill out any insurance paperwork.
What if I have to cancel?
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When you must cancel, please give me at least 48-hour notice. This will give me the opportunity to schedule someone else in your time slot. If you are unable to provide at least 48-hour notice, you will be charged the full fee for your session.
