Family Therapy
"Why family therapy...because it deals with family pain."
~ Virginia Satir
Family life has an enormous impact on all of its members, which is why seeking therapy can be life changing for all involved. If you want to learn how to change unhealthy patterns in your family's dynamic or you're ready to heal difficult relationships, family therapy may be able to provide you with the right tools and a safe environment to do so.
Change in the family doesn't happen overnight; it's a gradual process that takes several small steps toward the change you want to see. In between sessions, I will give homework for the family to work on. Some examples of "homework" are practicing communication skills or trying something new to disrupt the normal patterns that your family finds unhelpful. I can help your family navigate towards healthy change.
