Affair Recovery Roadmap

Part 1
Crisis Management
Part 2: Forgiveness
Getting the Story
Learning from the Affair
Empathy
Part 3: Reconciliation
Taking Responsibility
Plan for Change
Commitment

For many who have experienced infidelity, the way forward is unclear.  In the face of so much pain, it is difficult to sort out what steps to take to heal and repair the relationship.  I can provide support for both parties and help you navigate through this experience.

I assist you in working through the aftermath of the affair utilizing a 3 part approach, beginning with Crisis Management, working towards Forgiveness, and then Reconciliation.  Each part is broken down into steps that help you move towards the goal of each section.

Like most things in life, the process through this roadmap will not be perfectly linear.  A couple may need to continue to do crisis management throughout the process or need to keep working on forgiveness.  This is where the benefit of my assistance comes in because I will tailor the process to your needs.
